Hydro-Klean employs a professional Health & Safety Manager to work full-time on the health and safety aspects of daily operations. This allows the company to commit full attention to any safety issues or concerns that may come up. The Health & Safety Manager also is an OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer, authorized to train in accordance with guidelines provided by the OSHA Training Institute.

Employees receive more than 80 hours of skilled training within their first six months of employment and more than 20 hours of skilled refresher training on a yearly basis. Included in the training at Hydro-Klean are 24-hour confined space entry, 40-hour HAZWOPER, first aid and CPR classes, OSHA 10 hour training and many other subjects taught on a monthly basis.
