Midwest Towers, founded in 1987, offers new construction of cooling towers as well as reconstruction, thermal upgrade, repair, and maintenance of evaporative water cooling towers. They supply cooling tower parts and components to other cooling tower companies, contractors and end users all over the U.S. and around the world.
Midwest Towers also specializes in helping plants keep operations on line and running as smoothly as possible. The company knows that when the cooling tower is off line because of damage, the most important concern is getting it back up and running. If needed, a Midwest Towers emergency response team can move quickly and efficiently to assess the situation and get the plant back on line fast.
A leader in the cooling tower industry, Midwest Towers strives to match its outstanding service to its high quality line of products. The company’s corporate offices and more than 200,000 square feet of manufacturing and administrative facilities are located in Chickasha, just southwest of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Midwest Towers maintains a staff of approximately 450 employees.
This year marks Midwest Towers’ 20th anniversary. Within a year of starting business, Midwest Towers had purchased five acres of land. With continued success, those five acres grew into the 20 where the current operations still exist.
In 1997, the company began the process to become employee-owned and in 2001 it merged with Pacific Cooling Services, which adopted the Midwest Towers name in 2004. Midwest Towers also acquired the name and assets of Beetle Plastics and formed a new subsidiary, Beetle Plastics, LLC, in 2003. Beetle Plastics, originally founded in the 1950’s, designs and manufactures custom FRP composite pipe, ducts, tanks, vessels and other equipment. The Beetle operations include headquarters and plant facilities in Ardmore, Oklahoma, and a nationwide network of sales and representative offices.
The biofuels industry is a very important segment of Midwest Towers’ business. More and more biofuels customers turn to Midwest Towers, whose list of completed and successful projects is one of the longest in the industry.
Midwest Towers is proud to offer the highest quality values in cooling towers, cooling tower components, and associated services. Members of their team will work with a plant through all of the stages of project design, budgeting, planning and installation, to make sure customers get the best job for the best value.
